FAQ’s

 

Shipping:

We ship USPS from Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044. We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday except for postal holidays or when otherwise noted. Orders must be placed by 8:00 pm Central Standard Time, the previous day, to be included in shipping. If you need an order rushed, please contact us to be sure we can accommodate your request.

We ship first class and priority. First class shipping does not come with insurance; priority shipping comes with up to $50 in insurance. Happy Place Bling is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged purchases once shipped to the address entered at check out. The insurance included with priority packages is provided by USPS. They do not cover stolen packages or packages marked as delivered even if they did not arrive. They basically cover damages to packages if you file a claim and keep all the evidence.

You will be given a tracking number. Please be patient, as it can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to show activity. Be conscious of estimated delivery dates! If your package is not marked as delivered after expected delivery date, contact USPS. If your package is marked as delivered, but you didn’t receive it, contact USPS immediately. Once again, Happy Place Bling is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged purchases once shipped to the address entered at check out.

 

Returns:

Currently, we do not accept returns.

 

Wholesale and Suppliers:

We do not sell gems wholesale as we have tried to price our products as low as possible. Please do not request seller/manufacture information to purchase directly from another seller.  We have spent countless hours researching, communicating, and purchasing our products. We appreciate your understanding.
